Terms of use
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms explain how you can use OWOXO on owoxo.xyz. We have kept them short and in plain language. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to what is set out below.
1. Who we are
OWOXO provides an online service to manage your users, their roles and their access from a single space. In these terms, "we" and "our" mean OWOXO, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
2. Your account
To use the service you create an account and invite the members of your team. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Each person you invite receives the role you assign to them, and you decide at any time who can access what.
Please give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date, so we can provide the service and reach you when needed.
3. Using the service fairly
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to:
- attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- disrupt or overload the service, or try to break its security;
- use the service to store or share unlawful or harmful content;
- resell or copy the service without our agreement.
If your use puts the service or other people at risk, we may suspend access to protect everyone, and we will let you know when we do.
4. Plans, trial and billing
You can start with a free trial to see how the service fits your needs, with no commitment. When you choose a paid plan, the price shown at checkout applies for the period you select, in the currency of your country. You can move up or down between plans at any time, and there is no fixed term: you can stop whenever you want from your space.
Where a payment is due, you pay through the online methods offered at checkout, and you receive a receipt by email.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance or updates, and we try to keep any interruption short and, when planned, to let you know in advance.
6. Your data and privacy
The content and personal data you add stay yours. We only use them to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy policy. To learn which cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie policy.
7. Our content
The service, its design and its software belong to OWOXO. Using the service does not transfer any of these rights to you. Your own content remains yours, and you simply allow us to host and process it so we can run the service for you.
8. Responsibility
We provide the service with care, but to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for problems caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can close your account at any time from your space. We may end or suspend access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, after letting you know where we reasonably can. When your account is closed, we handle your data as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example if the service or the law changes. When we make an important change, we update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know on the site. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which OWOXO is established, and any dispute is handled by the courts that have jurisdiction there, unless the consumer-protection law that applies to you gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Whatever happens, we would always prefer to resolve any concern directly first, so please reach out to us before anything else.
12. Contact
If you have any question about these terms, please reach us through our Contact page.
